For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Imperfections and flaws in fabric weave and design are an integral part of our collections and characteristic of their charm.  We refer to our collections as PERFECTLY IMPERFECT. The very nature of what we offer is not aimed for perfectionists but ‘VINTAGE LOVERS’ before shipping each garment is checked thoroughly we will highlight any imperfections which may be visually obvious

You will be sent photographs of any flaws to approve before shipping; 

We will go over and beyond what you would expect to make sure the fit and expectation of product is as you have endeavoured so please connect with us.

STORE CREDIT

We understand that sometimes something may not be quite right.

We are happy to offer a Credit note for the full value of your item, provided:

-The item is returned within 14 days of purchase 

-It is unworn, unused, and in original condition
